Ingredients
- 1 lb rice cakes
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 stalks green onions
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Soak the 1 lb rice cakes in warm water for 10 minutes if they are firm; drain well.

In a small bowl, mix the 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and 3 tbsp water to make a sauce.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add the drained rice cakes and the sauce. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the rice cakes, and they are tender and slightly chewy.

Slice the 3 green onions into thin rounds. Remove the skillet from heat, stir in the green onions, and sprinkle with the 1 tsp sesame seeds. Serve hot.
