Ingredients
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 stalks lemongrass, cut into 2-inch pieces and smashed
- 4 leaves kaffir lime leaves
- 2 red chili peppers, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
- 4 cups chicken broth

In a pot, bring the 4 cups chicken broth to a boil over high heat. Add the 2 lemongrass stalks and 4 kaffir lime leaves, reduce heat to medium, and simmer until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
