- 2 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup cashews
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
