Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated
- 6 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 3 whole Thai red chilies, sliced
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 whole lime wedges
- 2 tbsp crushed peanuts

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and arrange on a large baking sheet lined with foil.

In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, palm sugar, lime juice, and soy sauce until sugar dissolves.

Heat vegetable oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced Thai chilies, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour the garlic-chili oil into the fish sauce mixture and stir well to combine.

Brush the glaze evenly over all chicken wings, turning to coat both sides.
