Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 red chili peppers
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and 2 sliced red chilies, stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add 1 lb ground chicken and spread it out. Cook without stirring for 1 minute, then break it up and stir-fry until no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes.

Stir in 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 cup Thai basil leaves. Cook until basil wilts, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
