Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced
Instructions
- 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tbsp cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.
- 2
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the 1 lb sliced beef in a single layer and cook without stirring for 2-3 minutes until browned on one side.
- 3
Stir the beef and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until it is browned all over and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes total.
