Tahini Beef & Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin or chuck, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- ¾ lb chicken breast, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1.5 tsp paprika, sumac, or za'atar for spice blend

Pat beef and chicken dry. Toss with salt, pepper, and spice blend until evenly coated.

Thread beef and chicken alternately onto two metal skewers, leaving 1/2-inch space between pieces.

Place skewers on a lined sheet pan. Broil 6 inches from heat for 8–10 minutes, turning once halfway.

While skewers cook, whisk tahini with lemon juice, 2 tbsp water, salt, and pepper until pourable.

Divide rice between plates. Slide each skewer onto a plate alongside the rice.

Drizzle tahini sauce over the kebabs and rice. Serve immediately.
