Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 whole red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp tahini paste
- 1.5 cups cooked white rice
- 1 tsp each cumin, paprika, salt, pepper

Preheat broiler to high. Mix ground beef with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Shape beef into 8 oval patties. Arrange on a sheet pan with red pepper chunks and cherry tomatoes.

Broil 6 inches from heat for 8–10 minutes until beef is cooked through and tomatoes blister.

Whisk tahini with 2 tbsp water and a pinch of salt until smooth and pourable.
