Ingredients
- 8 tortillas corn tortillas
- 1 cup crumbled queso fresco or feta cheese
- 3 medium ripe tomatoes
- ½ medium white onion
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 whole lime
- ½ teaspoon salt
