Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 oz pork or chicken, thinly sliced
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 12 oz cooked noodles (lo mein or spaghetti)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp oyster sauce; set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add 8 oz sliced pork or chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove to a plate.

Add remaining 2 tbsp oil to the skillet. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 4 cups shredded cabbage; stir-fry until cabbage is wilted but still crisp, about 3-4 minutes.

Return the meat to the skillet. Add 12 oz cooked noodles and the sauce mixture; toss everything together over high heat until noodles are heated through and coated, about 2-3 minutes.
