Ingredients
- 1 lb minced pork
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice

Mince the 4 garlic cloves and pick the 1 cup basil leaves, discarding thick stems. Set both aside.

Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat with 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the 1 lb minced pork and spread it out. Let it sear without stirring for 1 minute, then break it up and stir-fry until no longer pink, about 4 minutes.
