Ingredients

  • 1 lb long beans
  • ½ lb ground pork
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1

Trim the ends off the 1 lb long beans and cut them into 2-inch pieces. Mince the 3 garlic cloves.

  2. 2

Heat the 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  3. 3

Add the 1/2 lb ground pork and cook, breaking it up, until browned and no longer pink, about 4 minutes.

  4. 4

Add the long beans and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Stir-fry until the beans are crisp-tender and bright green, about 5 minutes.

  5. 5

Season with the 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste) and serve hot.
