Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb pork baby back ribs, cut into 2-3 bone sections
  • ½ cup kecap manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 12 oz frozen french fries
  • 3 cups mixed salad greens
  • ¼ medium red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

    Start fries on a sheet pan in a 425°F oven per package directions, shaking halfway through.

    Stir kecap manis, minced garlic, ginger, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.

    Pat ribs dry and toss with half the glaze in a large bowl, coating both sides well.

    Spread ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, brush with remaining glaze.

    Broil ribs 6 inches from heat for 10–12 minutes until edges char and sauce caramelizes, rotating pan halfway.
