Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork spareribs or baby back ribs
- 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 12 oz potato wedges (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat ribs dry with paper towels and arrange on a sheet pan.

Whisk hoisin, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl until smooth and glossy.

Brush ribs generously with the glaze on both sides. Toss potato wedges with salt, pepper, and oil; arrange around the ribs.
