Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork spareribs or baby back ribs
  • 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 12 oz potato wedges (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat ribs dry with paper towels and arrange on a sheet pan.

  2. 2

Whisk hoisin, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl until smooth and glossy.

  3. 3

Brush ribs generously with the glaze on both sides. Toss potato wedges with salt, pepper, and oil; arrange around the ribs.

  4. 4

Roast for 15 minutes. Brush ribs again with remaining glaze, shake the wedges, and return to oven until ribs glisten and edges char, ~5 more minutes.
