Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare), cut into individual bones
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 count garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

    Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Arrange on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer.

    Mix hoisin, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth.

    Brush ribs generously with half the sauce, coating all sides. Reserve the rest for dipping.

    Broil 4–5 inches from heat for 12–15 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through until edges char.
