Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork spare ribs or baby back ribs, cut into 2-rib pieces
- ⅓ cup hoisin sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz fresh chow mein noodles (or ramen), cooked
- 1.5 cups cooked fried rice or white rice
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Pat pork ribs dry. Toss with hoisin, minced garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and a pinch of salt.

Spread ribs on a sheet pan in a single layer. Roast at 425°F for 18–20 minutes until edges caramelize and meat pulls back from bone.

While ribs roast, warm cooked chow mein and fried rice in a skillet over medium heat until hot, ~3 minutes.

Remove ribs from oven. Divide chow mein and fried rice between two plates.

Pile glazed ribs on top of noodles and rice. Drizzle any pan juices over the ribs.

Scatter sesame seeds over the top. Serve hot.
