Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pre-cooked baby back ribs (about 1.5 lbs)
  • ¾ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup pickled onions
  • ½ cup dill pickle slices

Instructions

    Line a sheet pan with foil. Arrange ribs bone-side down, cover loosely with another sheet of foil.

    Warm ribs in a 375°F oven for 8 minutes until heated through.

    Whisk barbecue sauce, honey, and vinegar in a bowl until smooth.

    Remove foil. Brush glaze generously over both sides of ribs.

    Broil on high for 4–5 minutes until edges caramelize and glaze bubbles.

    Serve ribs with pickled onions and dill pickles on the side.
