  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper
  • 6 count wooden skewers (optional, for lollipop handles)

Instructions

    Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, ~90 seconds.

    Place chicken in the pan without moving for 2 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.
