Ingredients
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup corn kernels
- 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 12 dumpling wrappers
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Chop the 0.5 lb shrimp into small pieces and mix in a bowl with the 0.5 cup corn, 1 cup chopped broccoli, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp sesame oil until well combined.

Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each of the 12 dumpling wrappers. Moisten the edges with water, fold in half, and press to seal tightly.

Arrange the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them. Steam over boiling water until the wrappers are translucent and the filling is cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
