Ingredients
- 12 oz steak
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 medium potatoes
- ¼ cup almonds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the 8 oz penne and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

While pasta cooks, dice the 2 potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender, about 8 minutes.
- 3
Push potatoes to one side of the skillet. Add the 12 oz steak and cook to your liking, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove steak, let rest 2 minutes, then slice thinly.

In the same skillet, add the 2 cups broccoli and 1 tbsp olive oil. Sauté over medium-high until bright green and crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
