Ingredients

  • 20 wrappers wonton wrappers
  • ½ lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 stalks green onions

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, mix the 0.5 lb ground pork with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 minced garlic clove until well combined.

  2. 2

Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold into a triangle, and press to seal.

  3. 3

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the wontons and cook until they float and the filling is cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

  4. 4

In a serving bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp chili oil, and 1 minced garlic clove.

  5. 5

Drain the wontons and toss them in the sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
