Ingredients
- 6 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, diced
- 2 cups sushi rice (cooked, seasoned, cooled)
- 2 sheets nori (seaweed sheets)
- 2 tbsp sriracha or gochujang
- 3 tbsp mayo
- ¼ cup tempura flakes (panko or crispy fried onion)
