Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 medium scallions

Press the 14 oz tofu between paper towels for 5 minutes, then cut into 1-inch cubes.

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add tofu cubes in a single layer and cook until golden and crisp on all sides, about 8 minutes total.

In a small bowl, stir together 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce. Pour over the tofu and toss to coat, cooking for 1 minute until the sauce clings and sizzles.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 2 sliced scallions. Serve hot.
