Ingredients
- 1 lb squid
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Clean the 1 lb squid: remove the head, tentacles, and cartilage, then slice the body into 1/2 inch rings. Pat dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp honey until smooth.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering. Add the squid in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 1 minute.
