Ingredients
- 8 oz wheat noodles (or ramen noodles, discard seasoning packet)
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black)
