Ingredients
- 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)

Cut chicken thighs into 1.5-inch cubes. Thread onto metal or soaked wooden skewers, leaving a small gap between pieces.
