Ingredients

  • 1.25 lb chicken breast, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 1.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ whole lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Toss chicken cubes with paprika, cumin, minced garlic, juice from half a lemon, and olive oil until coated.

    Thread chicken onto metal or pre-soaked wooden skewers, dividing evenly.

    Place skewers on a broiler pan and slide under a hot broiler, 4 inches from the flame.

    Broil 8–10 minutes, turning once halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and edges char.

    Squeeze remaining lemon over the top and serve hot.
