Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
  • 2 tsp paprika, ground cumin, and cayenne (mixed)
  • 4 pieces naan or flatbread
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste

Instructions

    Cut chicken into 1.5-inch chunks. Toss with yogurt, lemon zest, juice, spice mix, and salt. Let sit 5 minutes.

    Thread chicken onto skewers. Heat a cast iron skillet or grill to medium-high over 2 minutes.

    Sear skewers 3–4 minutes per side without moving until golden brown and cooked through.

    Toast flatbread directly over flame or in the skillet 30 seconds per side until warm and pliable.

    Mix harissa with 2 tbsp yogurt for a dipping sauce. Plate skewers with warm flatbread, greens, and sauce on the side.
