Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast or thigh, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1.5 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
