Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground chicken
  • 24 count wonton wrappers
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 count scallions, chopped
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Mix ground chicken with ginger, scallions, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and a pinch of salt until just combined.

  2. 2

Place 1 tsp chicken filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold into a triangle, then bring the two corners together.

  3. 3

Heat 2 tbsp neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

  4. 4

Working in batches, pan-fry dumplings flat-side down until golden and crispy, 2-3 minutes without moving.

  5. 5

Flip dumplings and cook another 2 minutes until the other side is light brown and filling is cooked through.

  6. 6

Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil together. Serve dumplings with sauce for dipping.
