Ingredients
- 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp combined sesame seeds and sliced green onion for garnish

Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Toss with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour until fully coated.

Heat 0.5 inch neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

Slide chicken into oil and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes until golden on bottom, then flip and cook 4 minutes more.

Mix soy sauce, gochujang, sugar, and minced garlic in a small bowl until sugar dissolves.
