Ingredients
- 2 chops pork chops (1-inch thick, 2 chops)
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced thin
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
