Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange), cut into strips
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced into strips
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 whole lime
- 6 count flour or corn tortillas, warmed

Pat shrimp dry. Toss with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high heat until just starting to smoke, 2 minutes.
