Ingredients
- 1 shot (1 oz) or 2 oz strong coffee espresso or strong brewed coffee
- 8 oz whole milk
- ½ tbsp honey or sugar (optional)

Pull one shot of espresso into a 10–12 oz cup, or pour 2 oz strong brewed coffee.

Heat milk in a small saucepan or microwave until steaming (160–170°F), stirring gently.

Pour hot milk into the cup over espresso, tilting the cup to blend. Hold back the foam with a spoon.

Top with a thin layer of milk foam. Serve immediately while piping hot.
