Ingredients

  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices bread, sliced thick (sourdough or white)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Toast the bread slices in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy, about 2 minutes per side.

    Melt butter in the same skillet over medium-high heat, then add shrimp in a single layer.

    Cook shrimp 90 seconds per side without stirring until pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper.
