Ingredients

  • ½ lb cooked shrimp, cold
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 slices bread (white or rye), sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • ½ whole lemon

Instructions

    Mix mayonnaise with chopped dill, a pinch of salt, and a grind of pepper.

    Butter each bread slice generously on one side, then toast until edges turn golden and surface is crispy.

    Toss cold shrimp with the dill mayo until coated evenly.
