Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 can (14 oz) canned crushed tomatoes
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small loaf or 8 oz crusty bread, cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup dry white wine or chicken broth

Instructions

    Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add crushed tomatoes and wine.

    Stir in the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until pink throughout, about 3 minutes.

    Scatter crumbled feta evenly over the pan and cook until melted and sauce thickens slightly, 2 minutes.
