Ingredients
- 2 packages instant yakisoba noodles
- 10 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
- ¾ cup water

Cook yakisoba noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes until tender, then drain and pat dry.
