Ingredients

  • 4 rolls pre-made chee cheong fun (rice noodle rolls)
  • 150 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 100 g Chinese sausage (lap cheong) or ground pork
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks green onion, chopped

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 1 minute.

    Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.

    Brown shrimp and pork together, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turns pink and pork is cooked through, 3–4 minutes.

    Stir in oyster sauce and soy sauce. Gently lay noodle rolls in the pan and fold to coat with sauce, 1–2 minutes.

    Scatter green onion over the top and serve hot directly from the skillet.
