Ingredients
- 4 rolls pre-made chee cheong fun (rice noodle rolls)
- 150 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 100 g Chinese sausage (lap cheong) or ground pork
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 1 minute.

Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.

Brown shrimp and pork together, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turns pink and pork is cooked through, 3–4 minutes.
