Ingredients
- 8 oz vermicelli noodles
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb pork, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar

Soak the 8 oz vermicelli noodles in hot water until soft, about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the 0.5 lb shrimp and stir-fry until pink and just cooked, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the pan. Add the 0.5 lb pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the 1 cup green beans and 1 sliced onion to the pan. Stir-fry until the beans are bright green and tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.

Return the shrimp to the pan. Add the drained noodles, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp sugar. Toss everything together over high heat until well combined and heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.
