Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 8 whole plums (fresh), halved and pitted
- ¼ cup brown sugar mixed with cinnamon
- 3 whole whole pears and apples (for serving)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment and lightly butter it.

Whisk flour with 1 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy, ~2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

Fold flour mixture into egg mixture until no streaks remain. Spread batter evenly onto the prepared sheet pan.
