Ingredients

  • 2 pieces salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Pat salmon fillets dry and place skin-side down on the prepared pan.

    Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning evenly over each fillet.

    Top each fillet with 1 tbsp butter and slide the pan into the oven.

    Roast until salmon is opaque and flakes easily, 12 to 14 minutes.
