Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium tomato, diced
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 3 tbsp lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the 1 lb shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.

In a large bowl, combine the 2 diced tomatoes, 1 diced cucumber, and the cooked shrimp.

In a small bowl, whisk together the 3 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp hot sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
