Ingredients

  • 3.5 lbs pork ribs (spareribs or baby back), 3–4 lbs
  • 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat or membrane from underside.

  2. 2

Whisk mustard, honey, vinegar, caraway, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.

  3. 3

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.

  4. 4

Arrange ribs meat-side up on the sheet in a single layer. Brush half the glaze over the ribs, working into the meat.

  5. 5

Roast uncovered for 45 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze and return to oven.

  6. 6

Roast 15–20 minutes more until meat pulls easily from bone and edges caramelize.

  7. 7

Rest 5 minutes. Serve warm with pan drippings spooned over.
