Ingredients
- 3.5 lbs pork ribs (spareribs or baby back), 3–4 lbs
- 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat or membrane from underside.

Whisk mustard, honey, vinegar, caraway, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Arrange ribs meat-side up on the sheet in a single layer. Brush half the glaze over the ribs, working into the meat.

Roast uncovered for 45 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze and return to oven.

Roast 15–20 minutes more until meat pulls easily from bone and edges caramelize.

Rest 5 minutes. Serve warm with pan drippings spooned over.
