Ingredients

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup dried apricots
  • ½ cup dried figs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. 1

In a small bowl, soak the 0.5 cup raisins in warm water for 10 minutes until plump, then drain well.

Chop the 0.5 cup dried apricots and 0.5 cup dried figs into small bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

In a medium bowl, combine the 2 cups ricotta, drained raisins, chopped apricots, and chopped figs. Stir gently to mix.
