Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 sheets nori sheets
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. 1

Wet your hands with the 1/4 cup water and sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt over your palms to prevent sticking.

  2. 2

Divide the 2 cups cooked rice into 4 equal portions. Gently press one portion into a triangle or ball shape, using firm but light pressure.

  3. 3

Cut the 2 nori sheets into strips about 1 inch wide. Wrap one strip around the middle of each rice ball, pressing lightly to adhere.

  4. 4

Serve immediately, or wrap each in plastic wrap for a portable snack.
