- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 sheets nori sheets
- ¼ cup water

Wet your hands with the 1/4 cup water and sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt over your palms to prevent sticking.

Divide the 2 cups cooked rice into 4 equal portions. Gently press one portion into a triangle or ball shape, using firm but light pressure.
