Ingredients
- ½ lb ground pork
- 16 count wonton wrappers
- 6 cups beef or chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 count scallions, chopped

Mix ground pork with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil in a small bowl.

Fill each wonton wrapper with 1 tsp pork mixture, wet edges with water, fold in half, then bring corners together.

Bring broth to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat, about 4 minutes.

Slide dumplings into boiling broth and stir gently so they don't stick to the bottom.

Simmer until dumplings float and broth is fragrant, 5–6 minutes. Stir in remaining 1 tbsp soy sauce.
