- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 whole lime
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp dried chili flakes
- 1 cup cilantro
- 4 whole green onions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the 1 lb ground pork and cook, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Drain excess fat if desired.

Reduce heat to low. Stir in the 3 tbsp fish sauce, juice of 2 limes, and 1 tsp dried chili flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
