Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin or tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced

In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Add 1 lb thinly sliced pork and toss to coat; let marinate while you prep veggies.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork with its marinade in a single layer; cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove pork to a plate.
