Ingredients
- 2 large (about 1 lb) chicken breast, boneless skinless
- 6 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 juiced (about 0.33 cup) orange
- 1 juiced (about 0.25 cup) lime
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 bag (about 16 oz) frozen french fries
- 2 medium, sliced tomato
- 2 cups, chopped romaine lettuce

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread fries on one side of a sheet pan, drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 12 minutes.

While fries bake, whisk orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, and 2 tbsp olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Pat chicken dry. Season with salt and pepper. Brush both sides with half the mojo marinade.

At 12 minutes, push fries to the edges of the pan. Lay chicken in the center and drizzle with remaining mojo.

Bake 10–12 minutes more until chicken reaches 165°F and fries are golden. Chicken should be opaque throughout.

Divide lettuce and tomato slices between two plates. Top with a chicken breast and a generous pile of fries. Drizzle pan juices over chicken.
